Additives for improving the mechanical strength
They allow the manufacture of large formats, and less thickness tiles, optimizing the raw performance of green ceramic pastes. Depending on the needs, products are formulated with greater or lesser plasticity and very low residue after firing.
Powder formulations are also available.
Additives to avoid "black core" problem
It allows the use of raw materials with higher organic matter content, guarantees the absence of black heart in thick formats, allows the reuse of process water with quality guarantees and ultimately can contribute to energy savings by optimizing the kiln cycle.
Liquid deflocculants
In collaboration with each of our clients, we formulate liquid deflocculants optimizing the minimum viscosity at the maximum density for each of their applications.
